In a historic milestone, the Waqf Board, under the guidance of Dr. Darakhshah Andrabi, has successfully completed the full fresh matting of major Ziyarats during the auspicious month of Ramadhan. This significant achievement marks a first-ever accomplishment for the Waqf Board, showcasing dedication and commitment to enhancing the spiritual experience of pilgrims visiting these sacred sites.
Dr. Darakhshah Andrabi, accompanied by Waqf Board Officers and staff, conducted a visit to Hazratbal Dargah to oversee the arrangements for festival congregations. The team also paid a visit to the revered shrine of Dastgir Sahib (RA) in Khanyar and Ziyarat Hazrat Syed Yaqoob Sahib (RA) in Sonwar, where they assessed the facilities provided for visitors attending festival prayers.
During the visit, Dr. Darakhshah Andrabi extended warm greetings to all on the occasion of Juma-tul-Vida of Ramadhan and the upcoming Shab-e-Qadr festival. Reflecting on the significance of these festivals and the holy month of Ramadhan, Dr. Andrabi emphasized that they strengthen spiritual bonds and purify the souls of believers.
